FazioAI Produces an Estimated $2.3 Million in Human-Equivalent Work in 14 Days

AI-native initiative generated tested software, structured research, governance, and controlled business documentation with an estimated $2.3 million commercial replacement cost.

July 16, 2026

LANSDALE, Pa. FazioAI today announced the initial results of its AI-operated, human-governed business model. During a verified activity period from July 2 through July 16, 2026, the system produced a portfolio of software, automated tests, structured research, governance controls, traceability records, and controlled business documentation that would traditionally require an estimated 7,500 to 14,000 hours of professional labor.

FazioAI’s central estimate is approximately 10,500 human-equivalent hours, equal to roughly five full-time person-years of work. The estimated commercial cost to reproduce the work through a conventional professional-services team is approximately $2.3 million, with a modeled range of $1.3 million to $3.6 million.

Measured output during the 14-day period

  • Nearly 18,000 lines of software, scripts, and automated test code.
  • 297 automated test functions containing approximately 793 assertions.
  • 19 automated validation and operational workflows.
  • 78 controlled business files representing 34 logical document families.
  • More than 1,300 structured requirements, research sources, traceability relationships, and test records.
  • Extensive company governance, architecture, security, project-initiation, decision-support, and client-deliverable documentation.
  • 54 controlled changes accepted through human-governed decision processes.
“This was not simply a matter of asking AI to write code or generate documents,” said Gaspare “Rino” Fazio, Founder of FazioAI. “We are building an operating model that can move from an idea to researched requirements, tested software, controlled documentation, and approval-ready decisions while preserving clear human accountability.”

AI-operated and human-governed

FazioAI’s model allows artificial intelligence to perform research, analysis, drafting, implementation, testing, documentation, evidence preparation, and continuous improvement. Humans retain authority over consequential legal, financial, security, production, employment, government-submission, and external-commitment decisions.

“The objective is not to remove people from responsibility,” Fazio said. “It is to remove repetitive work, give decision-makers complete evidence, and concentrate human attention where judgment and accountability matter most.”

How the estimate was developed

The estimates are based on an internal bottom-up assessment of observable work products, the professional roles normally required to produce them, and current labor-market and commercial consulting costs. The figures represent human-equivalent replacement effort, not actual labor charged, realized revenue, billable hours, or a valuation of FazioAI.

FazioAI plans to continue measuring accepted outcomes, human intervention, decision time, testing coverage, rework, automation performance, and commercial replacement cost as it expands the operating model.
